Instructions
Begin by preheating the oven to 350°F.
Cook the beef in a skillet and once it’s brown add mushrooms and onions.
Saute the vegetables and add the sauce.
Let the mixture heat up and meanwhile in a bowl take all the cheese and eggs.
Mix everything till well combined.
Spread the meat sauce in the lasagna dish and arrange uncooked noodles as the second layer.
Top with cheese mix and again the meat sauce.
Repeat the layers and top with mozzarella.
Secure the dish with a foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, add some mozzarella and bake again for another 15 minutes.
Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
