Ingredients

raw bananas
cubed
1/4

chena
cubed, elephant yam
1/4
kg
small onions
chopped
Salt as per taste

tbsp
coconut oil
Water
Instructions
Half cook the yams and bananas in a little water with salt.
Fry the onions in the coconut oil.
Once the onions are fried, add the yams and bananas and fry for two to three minutes.
Serve!
