- 30 ml El Gobernador pisco
- 30 ml dry white wine
- 15 ml Fresh pineapple juice
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.
- Strain into a punch cup over ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf, a star anise and freshly grated nutmeg on top.
