Note – Ice Cream churning bowl should be chilled and cashews should be soaked for several hours for a smoother ice-cream.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Water
- 4 tsp Brooke Bond Taaza tea
- 1 1/2 cups soaked cashews
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
- Begin making the ice-cream by steeping the tea bags in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the tea, cool down the water and place it in the refrigerator.
- Once the tea is chilled add it to the blender with all the other ingredients.
- Blend till you get a smooth mixture and pour it into the ice-cream churner.
- Once the ice-cream is churned for at least 45 minutes, put it in the freezer for 6 hours or even overnight before enjoying it.
