- 1 Pack Raspberry Jelly Mix
- hot water (As required by the instructions on the Jelly Packet)
- 9-10 frozen raspberries
- 3/4 Glass Lemon Soda

Instructions
- Follow the instructions on the Jelly mix packet to prepare the jelly solution.
- Before putting in the fridge to set, add in the lemon soda. Pound the frozen raspberries while they are still frozen, and crush them into small icy raspberries shards. Mix these into the jelly mixture.
- Pour the Jelly mixture into a glass bowl or cake tray and put it into the freezer to set.
- After 3 hours, (or however long it takes the ice to set), take it out, and scrape out the ice using a fork. Serve the ice shavings in a bowl with raspberries on top.
