Ingredients
- 150 gms kokum (aamsol)
- 2 cup Fresh Coconut grated
- 3 flakes garlic
- coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Soak the kokum in cold water for 2 hrs & take out the extract.
- Add the grated coconut in hot water allow to rest for 10 min, and extract the milk.
- Repeat this process one more time and keep both the extract separately.
- In the first extract of coconut add the kokum extract, mix well to get a creamy consistency and a pinkish color.
- Check the consistency, if required add the second extraction.
- Season it with salt, mix it well.
- Garnish with 9nely chopped garlic, corianders leaves & serve it chilled.
