- 2 ounces Monkey Shoulder Scotch
- 2 ounces Coco Lopez Coconut Cream
- 3 ounces Fresh pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- splash Water
- pinch Salt
