Ingredients
- 3/4 cup moong dal with skin split green gram
- 2 cups whole wheat flour gehun ka atta
- 2 tsp coarsely powdered coriander seeds dhania
- 3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Potato boiled and mashed
- salt to taste
- oil or ghee for frying

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and add water to make a soft dough.
- Roll out into thick rotis and cook on a tawa (griddle) on both sides with oil until pink spots come on top.
- Serve hot with curds.
