Classic Bhavnagri Chillies Recipe
Classic bhavnagari chillies is a traditional recipe from the kitchens of gujarat, which stands out for its simplicity and intrinsic flavour. It is amazing to note that this accompaniment cum appetiser is prepared with nothing more than chillies, salt and oil. As a result, it also stays fresh for five to six days. You could keep some in stock, but always remember to re-heat before serving to recover the texture, aroma, flavour and freshness.

- 10 bhavanagari chillies slit green chillies lengthwise and deseeded
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai , add the bhavnagari chillies and salt.
- Mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and serve.
Recipe Notes
If refrigerated, it stays fresh for 5 to 6 days, but remember to re-heat before serving.
