Potato Ham Soup Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 2 cups Milk
 - 3 1/4 cups Water
 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 3 1/2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
 - 1/3 cup = Diced celery
 - 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
 - 5 tablespoons butter
 - 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
 - 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
 - 1/2 teaspoon Salt
 - 5 tablespoons all purpose flour

    Instructions
    
                - In a large stock pot, bring to boil celery, onions, ham, water and potato. Add the chicken bouillon and season.
 - In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour and cook until thick. Add in the milk and whisk well. Continue till the mixture thickens.
 - Add the milk mixture to the stock pot and cook the soup until done. Season and serve warm.
