Enjoy the taste of authentic Deccan spices as the grand buffet at Colony consists a wide variety of specialties such as Guntur Kodi, Khaima Vadulu for starters, Allam Kodi Saaru, Pesara Pappu Thakkali Charu for soup, Royyalu Igru, Nellore Chapala Pulusu, Gongura Mamsam, Allam Kodi Koora, Royyalu Beerakai Koora, Bommidayalu Pulusu, Ragi Sankati for non vegetarian main course. Vegetarian main course consists of Gutti Vankaya Kura, Mavaidikkai Pappu, Bangaladumpa Pattani Igru, Birakaya Jedipappu, Pesala Pappu Pappulusu and Beerakaaya Senagapappu Koora. The scrumptious meal ends with a variety of traditional desserts like Potharekulu, Kaikinadu Kajja, Guvvalu, Bobbattlu, Chandrakala, Sooriya Kala and so on.
The buffet menu is curated by expert chefs from Andhra Pradesh and the dishes are prepared in a traditional way using the most authentic spices and flavors, which makes the experience even more delightful.
