Bangalore, you now need to add a new number to your speed dial. Hello Curry is here!

Hyderabad Food start-up Hello Curry has now formally announced its entry in Bangalore.

We can now take some time to jig around a bit.

Where:

The company has launched units at Ulsoor and Sahakaranagar, through which they will cover the central business district and parts of North Bangalore respectively. While the unit at Ulsoor is a “Takeaway” format that will oblige takeaway and delivery orders, the one at Sahakaranagar is a “Neighbourhood Kitchen” format that will process delivery orders only. Over the next couple of months, Hello Curry is planning to scale-up to cover most of Bangalore.

How it all started:

Hello Curry has been conceptualised by an IT Leader, Raju Bhupathi and Food Entrepreneur Sandeep Penumatsa when they identified a gap in the existing food market. According to them, in the entire sphere of food service retail, there is no reliable brand delivering Indian food with fast food efficiencies. This led to the duo putting in months of research and adapting a completely innovative approach to the business model. Since their launch in Hyderabad, Hello Curry has quickly established itself as one of the most reliable home delivery brands in the food sector and witnessed incredible reception from all segments of customers.

Why:

Interestingly, Hello Curry’s biggest selling point is that they are the only brand that offers  a complete range of Indian cuisine on their menu. The menu boasts of six varieties of biriyanis and pulaos, curry pots (curry served with a choice of paratha or rice), as well as appetizers, rolls and stuffed parathas, all in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Hello Curry takes pride in its award winning packaging that enables customers to eat right out of the packaging itself – a first of its kind for Indian food.

Hello Curry will very soon be launching their innovative light-on-the-purse and right-on-the-diet option “Weigh and Pay” in Bangalore, so that one orders exactly how much they want to consume. Initially, Hello Curry’s biriyanis will be offered through “Weigh and Pay”. Customers can choose from nine different varieties of scrumptious biriyanis, choose the exact portion size (in grams) as per their appetite and pay 50 paisa per gram.  This is a win-win proposition for patrons, who can choose the exact amount of food they would like to eat and further if they want to try different varieties, they can order smaller portions of each. Die-hard foodies and weight watchers now have the freedom of keeping their taste-buds and purse happy.
