Discover Chef Jia’s Arena at Mahjong Room

Mahjong Room cordially invites you for a pop-up curated by our Chinese
Master Chef Yuanzhong Jia from Shanghai Club, ITC Grand Central, Mumbai – one of the key destinations for Chinese Cuisine in the city. Culinary specialist Chef Jia specialises in Hunan and Sichuan cuisines and has a
wide knowledge of Cantonese, Beijing and Shanghai cuisines as well.

A teasingly scrumptious array of gourmet delicacies will include soups
like Chilli butter soup, Tomato and celery soup and appetizers such as
Fried diced chicken tossed in Sichuan pepper sauce; served with crispy
spinach, Stir-fried sliced Lamb and onions with dark soy, Deep fried tofu
in Chef Jia’s special sauce and Stir-fried four season beans tossed with
dried chillies and garlic.

The mains will consist of delicacies like Braised chicken in chilli bean sauce and Sichuan pepper, Prawns in Hunan
sauce, Mix vegetables in Gongbao sauce and Mix mushroom chilli oyster sauce perfectly paired with Almond fried rice and Basil fried noodles.
