Eatertainment Restobar Derby Opens Its Second Outlet In Kamla mills

BKC’s exciting restobar Derby is all set to open the doors of its second outlet on 14th September 2019 at Kamla Mills. Ever since Derby launched its first restobar earlier this year, it’s refreshing menu, unmatched service, affordable pricing, and its one-of-a-kind betting on races and earning points concept, have taken the hospitality industry by storm.

Derby will serve cuisine from around the world, taking you on a journey with one of its kind eatertaining experience supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven software. The restobar will offer its guests a unique experience, while expecting the unexpected.  

The interiors of Derby are contemporary with an eclectic mix of conceptual details that add to the vibrant vibe of the space. A hand-painted horse adorns a brick wall with a neon sign ‘RIDE YOUR kNIGHT’ beside it, building upon the decor of its first outlet. The blue and white chevron pattern on the floors enhance the feel of the space, while shadow boxes related to different Derby’s like the Roller Derby and Demolition Derby, rest against a concrete painted wall. The bar is a dominant visual with ‘GAME ON’ written above it in metal letters lit up by light bulbs and a canopy of greens suspended from the ceiling lend an outdoorsy feel to the space.

Bringing together experts like Chef Mitesh Rangras and Mixologist Mariki Sayles, the restobar will offer a blend of specially curated dishes and drinks. Some of its most exciting dishes include Guacamole Sev Puri, Smoked Salmon Toast, Derby Fried Chicken & Waffles, and Amritsari Soya Chaap. Setting the bar high, the bar menu comprises of enticing cocktails like Secretariat, Starfire Girl, Domination, Thunder Snow, and Smarty Jones, all of which are must-trys. You can also indulge in desserts such as Silken Hazelnut and Milk Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Skillet Cookie, and the unique Gulab Jamun Baked Cheese Cake.
