Nadodi which means ‘Nomad’ or ‘wanderer’ in Tamil and Malayalam draws inspiration from the comforting, unique flavours and ingredients that South Indians who have settled in the Malay Peninsula and Singapore, have contributed to the region’s culinary diversity.
