Keiba To Launch Mumbai’s First Sushi Bucket This December

For those who love sushi can soon tuck into a bucket-full of it, literally! Keiba, known for its Asian delicacies is going to be launching Mumbai’s first ever sushi bucket on the 3rd of December. A variety of sushi was already available on the menu of the restaurant but instead of ordering separately the customers can order the whole bucket, hold their chopsticks and simply dig into the sushi.

The selection of sushi for the bucket has been done quite carefully and is great for a large group of Japanese food lovers. The bucket includes fresh sashimi, nigiri and variety of sushi and does away with the restriction of ordering only one kind of it. The sushi bucket will be available in vegetarian and meaty variety at Keiba and one can start ordering this new offering from next week. “The sushi bucket is best suited for large groups where everyone gets to get a taste of the wide variety of Nigri , Sashimi and sushi available without the pain of ordering everything separately,” said Chef Binoy Rai of Keiba Sushi section.

He adds, This is one of the healthiest option available as it’s mostly raw fish in its natural form and the right cut which does wonders for the overall skin texture and maintains the required omega 3, has anti aging properties, rich source of protein, calcium and antioxidants. Also most important is to maintain the quality of fish as its consumed in its raw form. In order to offer the best experience to our customers we import fish directly and is airlifted twice a week. Paired with light soya, pickled ginger made in house and wasabi it hits the right note with the ever evolving Indian palate.”
