Pasta Carbonara Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 500 grams of spaghetti
- 6 strips of bacon diced
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of fresh parsley chopped

    Instructions
    
                - Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water with salt and oil
- Once done, remove from heat, drain the pasta and drizzle with oil to avoid sticking
- Add the bacon in a large pan over medium heat and cook until it become crispy
- Reserve the dripping from the bacon in the pan in a separate cup
- In a large bowl, add the egg yolks and whisk continuously
- Add the bacon drippings to the egg and continue whisking
- Add the pasta and the cheese to a pan on low heat
- Add the egg mixture over the pasta and combine well
- Add the salt, pepper, parsley and bacon
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are done
