- 1 banana
- 1/4 apple
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder

- Combine the banana, yogurt & 1 tsp chia seeds
- Blend until smooth.

Do soak the chia seeds in water for 1 hour before blending
