Gopi 65 is crispy & Spicy fried cauliflower is a tempting and addictive snack for kids to all aged person. Gobi 65 is made by coating florets with maida, corn flour batter.

Instructions
  1. firstly, in a mixing bowl take maida and corn flour.
  2. furthermore, add ginger and salt.
  3. also add garam masala, pepper, chilli powder, curry leaves and oil.
  4. then add water and make a smooth batter.
  5. further, add gobi florets and coat with batter. make sure to boil and cook
  6. the gobi for 3 minutes in water before adding to batter. else they will taste raw.
  7. now deep fry the florets covering with batter.
  8. also stir occasionally till they turn golden brown and crisp.
  9. further, drain over kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
  10. meanwhile, heat the oil for tempering.
  11. add cumin seeds and saute till they splutter.
  12. followed by, add green chilli, curry leaves and garlic. saute them for a minute.
  13. also add chilli powder, garam masala and curd.
  14. on a very low flame, mix well till the curd blends well with spices.
  15. further add fried gobi and mix well.
  16. finally serve gobi 65 with few onion rings over it.
