Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, tomatoes slit green chilies.
- 2. Marinate the prawns in lemon juice with pepper and salt.
- 3. Dip in egg and deep fry.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan sauté onion, green chili.
- 5. Add Tomato and mix well.
- 6. Toss the fried prawns in the mixture.
- 7. Finish with coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve with rice or as snacks.
