Ingredients
- 50 gms boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 15g onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Dried chilli pepper flakes or chopped fresh chilli pepper to taste
- 2 nos. garlic cloves crushed
- 2 nos. chopped tomatoes pureed
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- Lemon juice squeeze as per taste

Instructions
- 1. Cook the chicken until tender.
- 2. When the chicken is nearly cooked, add the onion, peppers, garam masala, garlic, chilli and stir-fry for a few minutes .
- 3. Now add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
- 4. Bring to the boil then simmer very slowly for an hour or so until the sauce is reduced by half to give a thick consistency and concentrated flavor.
- 5. Serve Hot
