- 4 Ounces Noodles
- 3 chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Lemongrass
- 1 Cup Bok Choy chopped
- 2 Cups chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the chicken and the noodles separately and keep them aside, you can use the chicken stock for the dish.
- In a deep dish, add oil, garlic cloves, ginger powder, lemon grass and the chicken stock and cook it all together till it starts to boil.
- Then add the cooked chicken and let it simmer for a bit, and add the bok choy and some soy sauce into the mixture.
- Cook everything together for about five minutes and then let it cool.
- In two dishes, split the noodles, and pour the gravy over it, adding chicken and bok choy as well.
Recipe Notes
Half cook the bok choy before you add it to the chicken stock so that when it's cooking in that step, it is fully ready.
