Chinese Noodles Recipe
Ready to start dating again long after her husband’s death DJ Tanner is bonding with his boss’s son over a luscious Chinese takeout. While Matt shoots out the egg roll we aren’t repulsed because the meal looks quite homely. Here’s a quick recipe to replicate that magic at home and of course perfect for Netflix and chill.

Ingredients
- 1 packet Noodles
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 cloves sliced garlic
- 1/2 inch grated ginger
- 3 green onions chopped in rounds
- 18 ounce mixed vegetables like carrots, capsicum and cabbage
- 3 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to the packet and drain the excess water.
- Heat oil and add garlic, ginger and green onions.
- Stir fry for half a minute and then add the vegetables.
- Stir fry for about 3 minutes and then add the sherry.
- Once the sherry has evaporated, mix in the noodles along with the sauces and pepper.
- Continue to stir fry for about 2 minutes or till done.
- Serve hot garnished with some scallions.
