• 250 ml of heavy/whipping cream
• 1 tin of condensed milk
• 150 grams of chocolate chips
• Peppermint essence to taste
• Green food colouring pinch

Instructions

1. Add the cream to a large bowl and start whipping until it forms a stiff texture
2. Add in the condensed milk, green colouring and the peppermint essence to the cream and fold the mixture together
3. Add the chocolate chips to this mixture and combine well
4. Pour this mixture in a container and refrigerate in the freezer until it is formed
5. Beat the mixture every 45 minutes until the icecream is frozen
