Christmas Oats Bread Roll Recipe

- 2 1/3 cup Water
- 1 cup oats
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 ounce yeast
- 5 cups all purpose flour

Instructions
- Take two cups of water and boil it.
- Lower flame and add oats.
- Let the oats simmer for a minute.
- Now stir in sugar, butter, salt along with leftover water.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and let the temperature come to 110°F.
- At this point add yeast and flour.
- Beat the mixture till it forms a dough.
- Knead with hands till smooth and put it in a bowl greased with butter.
- Cover the bowl and leave the dough to rise for an hour.
- Once the dough rises, divide it into 24 equal pieces and makes rolls.
- Grease the baking sheets and place rolls on it.
- Cover these trays and for another half an hour let the rolls rise.
- Now bake the rolls for about 20 minutes or golden brown at 350°F.
- Cool and serve.
