Coconut-crumbed Prawns Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - vegetable oil for shallow-frying
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 8 large green king prawns peeled, deveined, tails intact
 - 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
 - 1/4 cup plain flour

    Instructions
    
                - Slightly flatten each prawn with your hand and set aside. In a shallow bowl, place flour and coat the prawns in it.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and 2 tablespoons cold water.
 - Combine the coconut and breadcrumbs in a plate. Dip one prawn in the egg mixture, breadcrumbs and keep aside. Follow this for the rest of the prawns.
 - Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the coated prawns for a good 2 minutes and serve hot with aioli.
