Copycat Subway Harissa Sauce Recipe
Enjoy this smoky harissa sauce that can easily be made at your home. Use it in sandwiches, subs and burgers!

- 1 tbsp coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried crushed red pepper

Instructions
- Roast both the seeds for about half a minute on medium flame.
- Put the roasted seeds aside and now cook garlic in the same pan.
- Cover and cook till it is tender tossing a few times over a period of 10 minutes.
- Let the garlic cool down and then peel it and set aside.
- Grill peppers on slow flames till charred.
- Put in a paper bag for 10 minutes.
- Now remove the skin and seeds from the pepper and roughly chop them.
- Now add all the ingredients along with oil, sugar and crushed pepper in a food processor.
- Blend and season using salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve.
