Coriander Tomato Chuttney Recipe
Instructions
- 1. Wash fresh coriander leaves and pick the leaves from the stem.
- 2. Cut the tomato into medium sized pieces.
- 3. Add the other ingredients and grind it in the blender into a thick paste.
- 4. Heat oil in a fry pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaf.
- 5 .Add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell disappears. Check salt
- 6. Always use fresh ingredients for better quality.
