Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 cup ⁄4chopped green pepper ( Shirley uses part Red Pepper for Christmas)
- 1 cup ⁄4chopped onion
- 1 cup ⁄2milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup ⁄2crushed soda cracker
- Shredded Cheese

Instructions
- Drain the whole kernel corn. Mix together everything except for the cheese and bake in a greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
