- 3/4 cup corn kernels
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 10 Saffron (Kesar)
- 1/4 tbsp green cardamom powder
- 6 Almonds (Chopped)
- 6 Pistachios chopped

Instructions
- Grind the corn kernels without adding water.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add corn and saute till it becomes golden brown in color.
- Add milk and sugar and keep stirring continuously on low heat till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
- Add saffron, green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Serve hot.
