Ingredients
- 6-8 medium crabs cleaned and shelled
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 cup coconut milk/paste
- 1 Big onion finely sliced
- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Wash the crabs and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and ginger-garlic paste for some time.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and a little water and fry until the mixture separates from the oil.
- Add the crabs, coconut milk and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until dry.
- Serve with bread or rice.
