CUCUMBER DOSA
I was going through my recipe notebook yesterday and found this very simple and interesting recipe in my collection. One of the many recipes that I have jotted down from all possible sources. I decided to try for today’s breakfast as it required only the basic ingredients which all of us mostly have. It is a very simple and easy to make recipe. The dosa was very soft, had a melt in mouth texture and absolutely delicious. My family loved it. Hope you all would like it too:

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix well. Add 1 – 1+1/2 cups water and mix well again. Let the batter rest for 30-45mins.
- Heat the dosa pan. Brush it with little oil.
- Pour a ladle full of batter and spread it gently. Since the batter would not be having a smooth texture, it would not be possible to spread it thin. Just spread it uniformly.
- Cook on both sides till it turns golden.
- Serve the dosa hot with milagai podi ( chutney powder) or any chutney. You can serve along a dollop of butter, but that is optional:
