Cucumber Raita Recipe
Like most fresh uncooked food, this mint flavoured cucumber raita is really refreshing! Since cucumber is packed with water, it cools your body and hydrates your skin.
The protein from curds is also sure to do wonders for your skin, all of which makes the Cooling Cucumber Raita a wonderful remedy for those with pimple or acne. We have used low-fat curds, as excess fat tends to trigger pimples in some, but if regular curds suits you, feel free to use that instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 cups whisked low-fat curds made from 99.7% fat-free milk, dahi
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves phudina
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder jeera
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
