FRIENDS Macadamia Nut Hummus Recipe
Though Rachel is just bugged at Ross while spitting out Macadamia nuts, we would find it hard to do so. Not only are they yummy to eat, have loads of nutritional value and make hummus even tastier than it is. So try this recipe as today is Macadamia Nut Day and do not spit away this glorious nut!

Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 5 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup roasted macadamia nuts

Instructions
- Mince garlic in the blender first and then add all the other ingredients.
- Keep the blender running till you get a smooth texture.
- Refrigerate the hummus and enjoy!
