- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 double lamb chops
- Salt and black Pepper = To taste

Instructions
- Mix the oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste together.
- Toss the lamb chops in the mixture and roast for 10 minutes in an oven.
- Pour in the remaining marinade and roast for another five minutes.
- Serve.
