- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 cups curd
- 1 cup Tender Coconut
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
- 2-3 drops rose water

Instructions
- Break open the coconut and remove the water in a bowl.
- Scoop out the edible part as well and add to the bowl.
- Now to this add all the other ingredients and blend till smooth.
- Serve chilled.
