Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Prawns
- 100 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Spring onion green 1 stalk

Instructions
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add 1 tbsp oil and let the butter melt.
- Cut prawns lengthwise along with the shells.
- Heat extra virgin olive oil in another non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes till light golden.
- Add prawns and mix. Remove the scum from the butter and pour the rest over the prawns. Add salt, black pepper powder and lemon juice and mix well.
- Cook prawns, turning sides, till evenly done.
- Place a spring onion green stalk on one side of a serving plate. Place the prawns by its side. Pour the masala remaining in the pan over them and serve hot.
