Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 C Balsamic Vinegar 177ml
- 6 T olive oil 89ml
- 3 T fresh lemon juice 44ml
- 3 T Fresh Minced Rosemary 21g, 1T/7g dried if you must
- 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 t ground black pepper 2g
- 12 ea. 1" thick Loin Lamb Chops 2.54cm, fat trimmed
- Mesquite Wood Chips soaked one hour (Grape Wood Chips are good too), optional

Instructions
- Mix first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place lamb chops in a single layer in a glass dish.
- Pour marinade over meat, cover with foil and refrigerate for 4 hours, turning chops occasionally.
- Prepare grill.
- Season lamb with salt and pepper and place on grill.
- Grill chops till done basting with marinade.
