Harry Potter Pork Bangers Recipe

One simply can’t miss the scene in the Order of the Phoenix where Hermione smacks Ron’s head and complains about his constant eating. Well if we’d be in his place, we’d be getting scolded for the same thing!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound grounded lean pork
- 1/2 pound grounded lean veal
- 6 ounces grounded pork fat
- 3 slices crumbled bread
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp mace
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp majoram
- 2 tsp sage
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Mix in a bowl the pork, the veal, pork fat and bread till well combined.
- In another bowl whisk egg along with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, mace, thyme, marjoram, sage and lemon zest.
- Add this spice mix to the meat and mix till combined.
- Mould sausages and fry them till done.
