Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except alcohol and garnish.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce the flame.
  3. Simmer for about 20 minutes and then let it cool completely.
  4. Blend the mixture till its smooth and then strain it out.
  5. Add vodka, mix and add to champagne glasses.
  6. Fill up with the champagne and garnish with pear slices.
