Ingredients
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 100 grams melted butter
- 12 tsps Nutella

Instructions
- Keep the oven on preheat at 200 C and meanwhile sift the dry ingredients together.
- Add all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl with caster sugar and mix well.
- In a different mixing bowl, mix up the egg, yoghurt, milk and vanilla till well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and then add the butter.
- Fold in the ingredients and once combined into a batter, pour into greased muffin moulds till a little more than half the mould is full.
- Now add a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle of batter covering it with another spoon of batter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or till the muffins are cooked.
- Cool in the tins for 5 minutes before cooling them completely on the wire rack.
- You can garnish the muffins with icing sugar and seasonal fruits or even a dollop of nutella.
