Ingredients
- 200 g paneer grated
- 4 slice haldiram bread
- 6 tbsp hung curd
- 2 green chilly finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powdered
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 100 g haldiram roasted peanut or cashew
- 3 tbsp maida
- 1 boiled potato grated
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala for garnishing
- Oil deep fry

Instructions
- sprinkle curd well over the bread slices. After few minutes mash it well add all other ingredients except nuts
- At the end add maida and boiled grated potato. Make balls with the mixture prepared and stuff 2-3 nuts in it. Deep fry till golden brown. Sprinkle chaat masala on it
- serve hot.
