Ingredients
- 1 Sweet Potato / Cheeni Kizhangu peeled and cubed
- 1 Yam Ordinary / Karunai Kizhangu peeled and cubed
- 1 Raw Banana / Vazhakkai peeled and cubed
- 1 cup Snake Gourd / Pudalangai chopped
- 1 cup White Pumpkin / Ash Gourd peeled and cubed
- 2 cups Pumpkin / Poosanikai peeled and cubed
- 1 Potato peeled and cubed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal / Pasi Paruppu
For Masala:
- 1 cup Fresh Coconut grated
- 4-6 Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
- Water as needed

Instructions
- Take moong dal in a pan, cover with water and cook till done.
- Take grinding ingredients in a blender, add water little by little and make it into a smooth paste.
- Prepare veggies and wash them well. Now take them in a pot and add in salt, turmeric powder and water. Mix well. Bring it to a boil and cover and simmer the flame and cook for 15 to 20 mins till veggies are done.
- Once the veggies are done, add dal and coconut masala nd mix well. Simmer for a further 5 mins.
- Now make seasoning by heating oil and crackling the spices, pour this in to the curry and mix well.
- Serve with rice.
