Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 kg pumpkin, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup Coconut peeled

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over mediumlow heat.
- Add cumin and cinnamon. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened.
- Add garlic, chilli and coriander. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
- Add pumpkin. Season with salt. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally for 20 to 25 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
- Then add peeled coconut and mix well
- Serve.
