Purple Potion Cocktail
Halloween is almost here, and if you’re looking for a quick vodka cocktail to whip up, then try this Purple Potion cocktail courtesy of Baked by Joanna – we swear dry ice has never been this fun!

- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces carrot juice
- 4 ounces pomegranate soda
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- purple food colouring optional
- dry ice

- In a tall iced tea glass, combine the vodka, coconut juice, pomegranate Italian soda and pineapple juice.
- If a more prominent shade of purple is desired, add a drop purple food coloring and stir. Use tongs to add a small cube (approximately 1 inch) of dry ice and serve. Make sure guests are aware they should not consume the dry ice.
