For the base
- 1 1/2 cups Marie biscuits, crushed
- 3 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 2 1/4 cups cups heavy cream
- 5 tablespoon unsalted butter
For salted caramel
- 110 grams unsalted butter
- Pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup double cream
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Instructions
- Mix the crushed biscuits, powdered sugar and melted butter together and flatten it out on a dish, cover and refrigerate.
- To make the salted caramel, bring 1/3 cup water to a boil and add sugar.
- Stir gently until the sugar starts bubbling. Now slowly tip in some butter and whisk thoroughly.
- Add cream and salt. Mix well.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cream and cream cheese to form a thick paste.
- Fold in your caramel mixture and pour onto the crust. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
