Supernatural Apple Pie Recipe
Pie is a recurrent metaphor in Supernatural – everyone who’s watched even one episode of the show knows about Dean’s obsession with pie. Sadly, he rarely gets to eat it despite constantly vocalising his obsession for it.
“I hope your apple pie is freakin’ worth it!
One of the most iconic pie moments in Supernatural is when Scotty’s Cafe serves a couple (that will later be sacrificed) apple pie saying “We’re famous for our apples. So, you gotta try this pie.”
Dean also orders a slice and when he is being prepared for a sacrifice he yells a line that Sueprnatural fans love to quote; “I hope your apple pie is freakin’ worth it!”
We’re sharing a recipe for apple pie that is worth it. Well, not worth being sacrificed perhaps, but worth the effort that will go into making it. Serve as a dessert after lunch or dinner or with tea.
