Tata Tea Chai Latte Recipe

- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp whole peppercorns
- 10 Cloves
- 6 green cardamom
- 2 inch grated ginger
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Tata Tea
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups Milk

Instructions
- Begin by roasting the dry spices for about 3 minutes on a pan.
- In a saucepan heat water, roasted spices and ginger bringing it to a boil.
- Let the water simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
- Now turn of the flame and put the tea bags in the water.
- Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
- Now strain the tea and stir in the sugar.
- Put milk to heat in a separate saucepan and whisk continuously.
- Once the milk froths, turn of the flame.
- Divide the tea into four drinking mugs.
- Add half cup of warm milk to each of them.
- Top with the milk froth and serve.
