Veg Cheese Sandwich Recipe
A well-made sandwich doesn’t go a long way. Why? Well because we tend to gobble it up the moment it exits the kitchen! Isn’t it wonderful to bite on a perfectly stacked combination of veggies, cheese and bread? That crunch of greens, the oozing cheese and the deliciously aromatic toasted bread.

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 onions chopped
- 2 medium sized tomatoes chopped
- 2 capsicums chopped
- A handful of green chilies chopped
- leaves Few mint chopped
- leaves coriander chopped
- cup ¼sweet corn boiled
- 1 cup grated processed cheese and grated paneer each
- 1 packet of bread
- butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- leaves Fresh oreganoand basil
- Dry red chili flakes paprika
- chili powder

Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all chopped vegetables.
- Now add the chopped chilies, coriander and mint leaves. Mix well.
- Add grated cheese, paneer amd boiled corn. Mix well.
- Now add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, chili flakes and chili powder to taste and mix well.
- Heat a pan on low flame.
- Apply butter to bread slices on both sides.
- Now apply this mixture generously on bread slice and cover it with another buttered slice bread.
- Toast the sandwich on the pan till the bread gets crispy golden.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
