White Chocolate Mousse With Fresh Strawberry Recipe

Ingredients
- 7 ounces white chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate and put it in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whip egg yolks and sugar till you see a pale colour.
- Put one fourth cup of the cream in a pan and simmer.
- Add this cream to the yolk mixture, stir and return the mixture to the pan.
- Cook for about a minute and then pour through a sieve into the chocolate bowl.
- Stir well.
- Whip the remaining cream till fluffy and mix half of it into the chocolate mixture.
- Mix in the remaining whipped cream and put the mousse in serving bowls or cups.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve.
